Dr. Pardesi is absolutely awesome!! Her knowledgeable and friendly staff are the rockstars of family dentistry! Caitlin is a top notch dental hygienist and Chris has made my dental procedures go smoothly. The receptionist is always a pleasure to deal with as well. All my life I've had more than my fair share of Dentist appointments. No office is as kind, and cheeky as Tru Family! Making you feel really good from the Greetings all the way to the Grinding. Being comfortable their is an understatement! Now being in my twenties, they helped me realize just how important dental health is. A high quality, pain free dental practice. Dr Pardesi is excellent. All the staff are professional, warm and efficient. A month ago, I was being fitted for a temporary crown. It took over an hour extra for Dr Pardesi and assistant Chris working tirelessly until the fit was perfect. I was very impressed at the precision and attention to detail in this one activity. Not having gone to the dentist in 44 years I was terrified to go. Immediately the front desk staff made me feel welcome. They were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Pardesi and her staff were very comforting and knowledgeable. They knew I was scared due to my past history with dentists. They assured me that they would do everything to make my experience smooth. Dr. Pardesi has a calm reassuring demeanor. She answered every question and took her time with me. She is very experienced and explained every procedure. She made sure I was painfree. Its amazing how far dentistry has come in 44 years. My husband now goes to Dr. Pardesi and we thank her a million times for being so thorough. She diagnosed a possible life threatening problem and sent him right to a surgeon. Wonderful Clean and bright office. Receptionist very professional yet very personal and down to earth. I like that a lot. It makes you feel very welcome. Dr. Joe, is one of a kind. He actually knows your name and treat you with respect and concern. You do not find that these days in the medical field. What I like is that Dr. Joe explains to you what to expect and makes sure you have a good understanding of your treatment. He is willing to answer any questions. That makes him a keeper right there. Dr. Kenny ALWAYS goes above and beyond for his patients. If it isn't him personally that takes care of business,it's his wife who sits at the front desk. I've seen both of them go above and beyond for me personally. He's even seen my 6 year old daughter, and she's ok with going to the dentist because of him. So it's safe to say, he knows how to handle all ages.Also, one last thing, he can do many things that sometimes you can only get done elsewhere and his son does braces!!It's a one stop shop folks! :-)read more
