WILL NOT REFER DR BRENT at Tru Family Dental TO ANYONE WITH KIDS. Extremely disrespectful Dr. He told my child and myself she could not come back for another filling do to she was scared (didn’t cry she was just nervous) and it took him 20 min to do one filling and that was to long.Defiantly did not need to say that in front of her when she did an excelllet job.read more

Dr. Jackson is wonderful. The techs are wonderful as well. There is one front office person that is rather snappish and not very personable, but overall they are great.

I am a regular patient of Tru Family Dental and let me start by saying they do not treat you like family. I called at 4 P.M. and they close at 8. My crown had fallen off and I was due to go on vacation the next day at 10, and I could have come the next morning. It only takes a minute to glue this back on, they could have cared less. I begged the receptionist so this would not ruin my vacation, she refused to help me. I suggest they remove the family from their name, family do not treat people with such indifference! I wound up going to Lapeer Family Dental and they fixed it for me. I now have a new dentist!read more

No longer participates in the healthy michigan plan or the delta dental extension unfortunately. I really liked the people especially the cleaning ladies but it's a bummer they only stayed in the program for a short amount of time just long enough for me to get a couple fillings and cleanings only to be pushed to another dentist that isn't familar with what issues i may have had going on. I know it's a business but I would hope dentists in general get into dentistry to help people but I'm starting to realize the older I get the medical industry isn't really there to help peopleread more

Highly satisfied with my recent experience here. I have an infected tooth and had to wait a month for an appointment, called a few days before to confirm and they cancelled my appointment without my knowledge I am now out of antibiotics and suffering all day and night. They wouldn’t even admit they made a mistake somehow it’s my fault! Would not recommend this place to anyone.. really liked this place when dr Jackson sr. Was still there now it’s a joke.read more

Nothing but trouble since senior dentist retired. The 2 dentist they have now rush rush rush. Sloppy fillings, botched root canels, missed cavities, and lack of empathy when they hurt somebody bad. Nice guys but TERRIBLE dentists!

My whole family comes to Jackson Dental and we all love it. They are especially nice to my young son, who hates going to the dentist, but they always talk to him and focus on him instead of talking to the parent the entire time. The staff are always friendly. Jackson Dental is a fantastic dental office. My entire family has been going here for years. The staff are professional and courteous. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is easy.
