Patient Relations Coordinators

Patient Relations Coordinators maintain a seamless experience for patients by providing them superior service on the phone and within the practice. Responsibilities include answering the practice phone, distributing calls or messages to the appropriate parties, scheduling patients and helping to maintain the overall practice schedule, alerting staff when patients arrive, overseeing administrative functions with pulling or filing patient records, assisting in the patient check out process through collecting payment for procedures or working with patients on financial arrangements and finally ordering office and administrative supplies.

The Patient Relations Coordinator is the face of a Tru Family Dental Practice, therefore an outgoing personality is a must for this Team Member role.
