Tru Family Dental strives to set the gold standard in patient experience

When is the last time you had an amazing experience as a customer? Perhaps an employee at a retail store went above and beyond to resolve an issue with a product, or you were blown away by a new restaurant in town. Why shouldn’t you have those same WOW moments as a patient when you go to the dentist?

To help alleviate any concerns about going to the dentist, we are committed to delivering an incredible Tru Experience, and we are starting with what matters most to us – our patients.

At Tru Family Dental, we are embarking on a yearlong project to improve the Tru Experience for all of our valued guests – and we need your help! Every day, the team at Tru Family Dental transforms lives by helping patients achieve optimal oral health. However, statistics show that approximately half of all Americans do not see the dentist.

We know that uneasiness about dental procedures, available time in the day and financial considerations are three very important factors when people weigh whether or not to visit the dentist. Our team understands that wait times should be short and dental visits should be thorough and efficient to ensure you maximize the limited time you have.

To help alleviate any concerns about going to the dentist, we are committed to delivering an incredible Tru Experience, and we are starting with what matters most to us – our patients. Your unique perspective on past experiences and ideas on how we can improve moving forward are critical.

This is why we are asking for your assistance and guidance. Over the next several weeks, as we begin to roll out this program, you will notice some changes in our offices. You will see posters with more information about our plans to Innovate the Tru Experience. We also want to know what is and is not working from your perspective when you visit

Tru Family Dental will be contacting patients for their feedback

We will be emailing our patients a short survey to complete and will also set up digital kiosks in the office so you can give us valuable feedback that will go into making the Tru Experience the best it can possibly be. In addition, we plan to meet with patients in the office about their experiences, because at the end of the day, you know what works best for you as a customer.

This new project is a collaborative team effort and will be ongoing throughout the year. This is why we are also enlisting the help of each and every one of our dentists, dental hygienists and office staff members that you interact with on a daily basis. By combining your ideas and feedback with those of the Tru Family Dental professionals, we will be able to elevate and improve the Tru Experience for all.

We know that patient needs are changing and we aim to be the gold standard for what an amazing dental experience should be like. Following the initial outreach and research phase, we will begin to roll out new improvements to our offices. We look forward to hearing from you throughout this important process.
