They are in the beginning stages of establishing a fantastic experience. To find competent dentists and assistants is the most important thing. What adds to the experience is the upbeat and personable qualities of everyone who works there. My experience with everyone at Westchester has been great! Dr Banuelos and her assistant , Jocelyn are outstanding!!! I am deathly afraid of the dentist and Dr Banuelos is so kind and gentle. I am so happy I found her.

I booked the regular dental appointment with includes cleaning teeth which are covered in my insurance, I've provided my insurance details at the front desk and asked to check if its a full coverage and let me know, they said it is, in fact, a full coverage and asked me to come to the office, I went to the hospital, they examined the teeth and the doctor said that it's not advisable to clean regularly and you need to do more of deeper cleaning. So I said that my insurance is not covering that one and I have to check that too with my insurance. I requested to do the regular cleaning but they said that we can't do that. then I said, let me figure that out with my insurance. By the end of the appointment, I came to the front-end desk and she provided me a patience responsibility bill and asked me to pay right away as it's not covered by my insurance. Before my appointment at the hospital, they verified and said that it's covered in my insurance and now they say that it is not fully covered. Then she provides me a bill also. how are they treating patients? they are not doing anything but just a casual check-up and charging from the patient. I never encountered this kind of hospital. Finally, by the end of the appointment, I lost my regular cleaning appointment which is covered by my insurance. it was a bad experience with them.read more

Beware of this business, they will fail to disclose out of pocket cost. I am really upset that my dad will have to pay an additional $188.00 out of pocket when I was told that the insurance will cover an exam and X-rays. We will never go there again because I felt scammed and taken advantage of. They prey on people and than they claim ignorance. Worst experience ever.read more
